Head of Product Management, Media Company - Based Central London
  Our media client has a vacancy for a Head of Product Management to be responsible for the definition of the company’s product set both now and in the future providing technology and creative solutions that help engage audiences in traditional and new ways. This role will involve working with product managers in business units to define the product roadmaps for each unit and will play a key role in the evolution of the company’s strategy and direction.

• Lead the production of business cases for products and will work together with the sales, marketing and technology organizations to ensure that business cases are truly underpinned by market need and use the most appropriate and innovative technologies for their delivery. • fully align the product roadmaps with technology roadmaps; work closely with the head of technology strategy to ensure the alignment between commercial and technical planning. • be responsible for the P&Ls of current and future products and will own products from their conception to end of life. • Work with cross functional team and business units, planning and driving the delivery of new products and ensuring that the market requirements and functionalities delivered meet the needs required for the initial release of new products

Loyalty Credit Card Scheme expert required - .
  We have a client who is looking for someone to fill a business development role for a new credit card scheme. They would need someone who has direct experience of building 3rd party affinity relationships, perhaps experience of having worked for a major credit card company or loyalty scheme provider (such as Air Miles, Nectar), and experience of developing creative loyalty schemes on both a B2B and B2C level.

Interim National Account Manager - Based in West Midlands
  Our client has a requirement for a National Account Manager to cover a maternity leave starting immediately and lasting at least six months and up to a year. This is a famous national brand selling into the grocery and pharmaceutical trades. The responsibility will be essentially for one large retail account working in the NAM team. So National Account Management experience in the fmcg arena is absolutely essential. You will have full P&L responsibility and need to have strong negotiating skills and commercial awareness with experience of implementing and developing customer plans. Product Marketing Manager- Financial Services client - Based East of England
VIEW/DOWNLOAD Our client is an independent financial services provider with an immediate need for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to be responsible for the design, development and implementation of Product Strategy which supports the wider Corporate Strategy, and delivers the required financial performance. The appointee will have full autonomy to operationally deliver the product marketing strategy for the whole organisation and will be involved with gathering customer information and implementing appropriate customer segmentation models; candidates should be able to show that they can successfully identify and utilise customer and market data to support product propositions.

The role is available immediately on an interim basis to replace a current interim by the end of February, and to hold the fort while the permanent recruitment process is conducted. In either instance, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following attributes and experience:

- Be qualified to degree level or hold other relevant professional qualification

- Substantial experience of managing financial services products (design, development and evaluation; particularly Savings and Mortgages) and leading the development of product across different business areas (project management)

- Understanding the utilisation of information and managing research – particularly in terms of customer insight, customer buying behaviours and product pricing

- Excellent team management and communication skills clear communications of product strategy vision and effective team and individual reporting mechanisms
